Privacy Policy

Grass N Gardens Landscaping LLC, Richfield, Ohio. Last updated November 3, 2026.

We are a small landscaping company. We keep things simple. This page says what information we get from you, what we do with it, and how to make us delete it.

What we get from you on this website

• If you fill out the yard plan form, we get your name, address, phone number, email, and what work you want done. We use it to call or text you back and to give you a price.
• We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read. It does not tell us who you are.
• We do not sell your information. We do not give it to anyone except the tools we need to run the business, like our scheduling and billing software.

Our posting tool

We made a tool called the G'N'G Content Machine. It posts our own videos of our own work to our own accounts on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. Nobody outside our company uses it.

• When we connect one of our accounts, the app gives us a login token, our account name, our user ID, and our profile photo. We use these only to post videos to that account and to read how those videos did.
• The tokens are stored on one company computer. They are never shown on a web page and never shared with anyone.
• The tool never reads, posts to, or collects anything from anybody else's account.
• We can disconnect an account at any time by removing the app in that account's settings. Then we delete the token.

Videos and photos of your yard

We film our crew working. If your yard is in a video, we do not show your house number, street name, or face. If you tell us you do not want your yard on camera, we mark your address and the crew stops filming there.

Texts and calls

If you give us your phone number, we may text or call you about your yard, your price, or your schedule. Reply STOP to any text and we stop.

Delete your information

Call or text (440) 667-9642 or email grassngardens4u@gmail.com. Tell us to delete your information and we will, within 30 days, except what the law makes us keep, like paid invoices.

Kids

Our website and tools are for adults. We do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 18.
