These are the rules for using our website and our posting tool. They are short because we like things plain.

Who we are

Grass N Gardens Landscaping LLC is a landscaping company in Richfield, Ohio. We mow, aerate, fertilize, trim bushes, lay mulch, clean up leaves, do small tree work, and clear snow.

Using this website

• Everything on this site, including the words, photos, videos, and logo, belongs to us. Do not copy it or use it as your own.
• Prices on this site are a starting point. Your real price comes in your written quote.
• Landscaping work is covered by the written agreement you sign with us, not by this page.

Our posting tool

The G'N'G Content Machine is a tool we built for ourselves. It posts our own videos to our own TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube accounts after our owner approves each one.

• Only Grass N Gardens staff use it. It is not open to the public and it does not touch anyone else's account.
• We follow the rules of each platform we post to, including TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
• Every video we post is our own footage of our own work, or footage we have the right to use.

Videos of your property

If you are a customer and you do not want your yard in our videos, tell us once and we stop filming there. We never show house numbers or faces without permission.

Texts and calls

By giving us your number you agree we can text or call you about your yard. Reply STOP to any text to end it.

Our promise and our limits

We do good work and we fix what we miss. Our full guarantee is in your written agreement. Beyond that agreement, we are not responsible for losses that come from using this website or from reading something on it.

Ohio law

Ohio law covers these terms. Any dispute goes to the courts in Summit County, Ohio.
