Five Before We Drive is the Grass 'n' Gardens checklist. Before our truck leaves a yard in Richfield or any nearby town, the crew checks five things: edges crisp, everything blown clean, nothing left behind, gates latched, no clumps.
What happens if you miss one of the five?
Text us. We come back the next day and fix it, for free. If it rains, we come the next dry day.
Does Five Before We Drive cost extra?
No. It comes with every visit on every Grass 'n' Gardens plan. There is nothing to add on.
Does it apply to cleanups and mulch, or just mowing?
Every job. Mowing, cleanups, mulch, bush trimming and aeration all get the five checks before we drive away.
How do I know the checks happened?
Starting in 2027, Grass 'n' Gardens texts you after every visit with a photo of your yard and the five checks marked off.
Who does the checks?
The crew leader walks the yard with the list before the truck moves. Every yard, every visit, in Richfield and every town we work in.
Want yourswritten out?
