I'm looking for someone who's run a crew before. You've got 2 or more years in landscaping or lawn care and a clean driving record. You can back up and hitch a trailer on your own.

The season runs March through November.

How much does Grass 'n' Gardens pay?

$16 an hour while you learn. That's about a week. Then $18 to $22, and it goes up as you learn more. Crew leaders make $23 to $26 an hour.

Do I need experience?

Not for the crew member job. We train you. The crew leader job needs 2 or more years and some time running a crew.

What happens in winter?

Where do I report to work?

Richfield, Ohio. The crew starts at 6:30 AM, Monday to Saturday.
